I hope everyone in the U.S. who reads this has a great, fun, and safe holiday weekend. Please keep in mind that although the original purpose of celebrating Independence Day is great and noble and all that, we are not actually “independent” - but rather, VERY DEPENDENT - and it sucks. I’m surely guilty as any for our continuous oil dependency. I have been thinking alot about it lately though, and have taken some little steps in helping my personal oil dependency. Every little bit helps. I should do more though. Something to think about. Maybe I’ll finally buy that vintage Lambretta I’ve been wanting for about 7-8 years now….

I’m absolutely addicted to Flickr.com… I’ve been a member of the photo-sharing site for several months, but I’ve only started to really use it, since I got a new digital camera for Christmas.
The sheer amount of wonderful photographs from all over the world available to view there is mezmerizing. And it’s just a well-done site. Very slick and tasty.
The photo above just caught my eye as i was “exploring”. I mean, why is Santa strolling down a beach with a huge cluster of balloons (or are they beach balls?)

This year I have much to reflect upon and be thankful for. This year I:
Went back to school
Finally found a living situation that doesn’t totally suck
Got a job in my chosen industry again afer an absence of about 3 years
Happily got worn out from playing with my 3-year old nephew at Thanksgiving
Instantly became a huge Mac Zealot
Had a ton of fun playing in my band, releasing a new album and 2 new videos
So here’s something for you Mac OS X users out there, from me (indirectly) to you. Let it snow!

Happy 2005!
I’ve decided to resurrect my good ol’ blog, and overhaul it completely. If you ever saw the old version, you can see this version is mucho better, thanks to pMachine… Also, I’ve deleted my old blog completely, so if you were hoping to see what I’ve written in my blog in the past, you are SOL, unless you know some tricks (but even that is the old old version, and a great deal has changed since then)…
